At Quivranxuzli, we stand behind the quality of our artisan jams. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, please review our return policy below.

Damaged or Defective Products

If your jam arrives damaged, broken, or appears defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you. Please include photos of the damaged product and packaging to help us process your claim quickly.

Quality Concerns

If you have concerns about the quality or taste of your jam that do not meet your expectations, please reach out to us. While taste preferences are subjective, we value your feedback and will work with you to find a satisfactory resolution. We may request that you return the unused portion for quality assessment.

Return Eligibility

Due to the perishable nature of our food products, we can only accept returns for unopened jars that are within their best-by date. Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery. Products that have been opened, partially consumed, or are past their best-by date are not eligible for return.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact us using the information below with your order number and reason for return. Our team will provide you with instructions on how to proceed. Please do not ship products back without first contacting us, as we need to provide you with proper return instructions.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may require additional time to post the refund to your account.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange your jam for a different flavor, please contact us. Subject to availability, we will do our best to accommodate exchange requests. The same eligibility rules apply as for returns.

Shipping Costs

If the return is due to our error, damaged goods, or a defective product, we will cover the return shipping costs. For returns due to change of mind or preference, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Gift Orders

If you received a Quivranxuzli product as a gift and wish to return it, please contact us. We can provide a store credit or exchange for the value of the gift. We cannot provide cash refunds for gift orders to the gift recipient.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned: opened or partially used jars, products past their best-by date, items purchased more than 30 days ago, and products that show signs of improper storage or handling.
